Hyderabad, December 27: Andhra Pradesh Public Service today announced a massive recruitment program to fill up at least 2,815 vacancies in various departments through recruitment test. APPSC has issued the detailed calendar and department wise vacancy position. For the recruitment of these posts, the commission is expected to issue 10 individual notifications shortly with giving the eligibility, age limit and recruitment process.

–2 Posts as Port Officers – 20th February 2012.
–56 Posts as Drug Inspectors – 29th April 2012.

Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT-2012) is like GATE. GPAT score will help students to get admission in pharmacy colleges to do PG programs and helps in getting scholarship/fellowships.
Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT-2012) is an All India examination conducted by The M. S. University of Baroda, Vadodara on behalf of All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The REGISTRATION (process for application by the Applicants) will be ONLINE for GPAT-2012 Examination (the actual examination will be a paper/pencil examination)
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree holders in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates) and those who are in the final year of B. Pharmacy course are eligible for appearing in GPAT-2012 examination.
Online Application website opens: 14th January 2012 (Saturday)
Online Application website closes: 20th February 2012 (Monday)
Last date for receipt of ONLINE filled printout of Application form with photograph & Signature of the applicant, and original GPAT copy of bank challan as a proof of payment for examination fee, at ‘GPAT Office, The M.S.Univeristy of Baroda, Vadodara’before 27th February 2012.
GPAT 2012 Exam date: 6th May 2012
Result : 31st May 2012
